The construction of the Cathedral began from a humble background. From the very beginning Pastor Imelda emphasized the need of the church members to be involved financially in the building project. The teaching that pastor gave then sounded unique but it was the move of God. The power of the seed, the blessing of seeding, developed the members. Church members soon began to bless one another with all sorts of things ranging from automobiles, finance, property, houses, and land. Others gave directly to the construction project.
